Kuhn Rikon USA’s beautifully designed quarterly print/electronic newsletter to gourmet retailers and reps – a key sales channel for them – was leaving sales opportunities behind.

SOLUTION:  

I suggested to the Lamfers design team we shed general interest content like recipes and focus the newsletter solely on reps’ and retailers’ most pressing problems and desires – being the first to find cool new products, getting special insider discounts and relying on great service.

Reps loved it. They could quickly see new products, press reviews and special sales. The fun copy and colorful design turned it into a virtual mini-catalog – reps ordered right off of it.

RESULTS:  

Kuhn Rikon’s U.S. sales continued to steadily grow. The reimagined newsletter was a big hit – further strengthening the relationships KR had with its retailers.
